The organisation of the Conference is strongly dependent on financial support to enable reduced rates for students to participate in this significant event and meet scientists from industry and academia.

SPONSORING INVITED SPEAKERS Companies are encouraged to sponsor invited speakers listed in the Conference programme. Invited speakers are well known scientists from Europe, USA and Canada. Sponsorship of invited speakers will be visible in the Conference programme (e.g., Invited lecture sponsored by XXX...). Number of invited speakers in two conferences: 25 CONFERENCE BAGS Conference attendees will each receive their registration information and materials in a registration bag that will feature the sponsoring Organization’s logo and the convention logo printed on the bag. The sponsors for this category will be entitled to the benefits under the Major Sponsor Category. Projected number per conference: 350. Sole Sponsor: EUR 3.500 WELCOME RECEPTION Depending on the availability of sponsorship, a welcome reception for about 300 participants will be held on the evenings of February 5th and 9th, 2011 at the Campus Altes AKH in Vienna. These important events will undoubtedly be a good opportunity to highlight your organisation’s name and presence at the Conference. Projected number: 300. Sponsorship per welcome reception: EUR 2.500 HOSTED COFFEE-BREAKS Over 350 participants are expected to be present during the coffee-breaks to mingle and exchange notes and ideas.
