The registration fee includes the following items:
• Conference programme (all sessions)
• Welcome reception (Saturday, 4 February 2012, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm)
• Coffee/tea/refreshments in the breaks
• Lunches
• Light Dinners
• One copy of the conference abstract book 

Not included in the registration fee are:
• Vienna sightseeing tours
• Conference Dinner Party
- Traditional Austrian food, wine and entertainment (professional singers and musicians), located in one of Vienna's famous “Heurigen”
- Cost: 40,- EUR

Cancellations

Refunds- less EUR 50,00 administration fee will be granted to delegates unable to attend, provided written notice is received by Mondial Congress & Events by January 4, 2012. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after that date. Reimbursements will be made after the conference.

The total amount outstanding should be made out in advance in EURO (payments in other currency will not be accepted) only by one of the following procedures:
